About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the healthcare industry as a Part-time Clinic Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to the medical staff in a busy healthcare setting. The role is based in the Central Region and offers a flexible part-time work arrangement.

• Greeting and checking in patients, managing appointment schedules, and maintaining patient records
• Assisting with basic clinical procedures, such as taking vital signs and preparing examination rooms
• Handling administrative tasks, including ordering and maintaining medical supplies
• Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
• Ensuring the clinic environment is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards

• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting, preferably as a clinic assistant or administrative support role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients and medical professionals in a professional and empathetic manner
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Proficient in using basic computer software, such as Microsoft Office
