About the Company
Our client is a stable and growing company specialising in logistics and shipping operations across Singapore. They are currently seeking experienced Shipping Admin / Executives to support end-to-end shipment coordination and documentation processes.

- Coordinate and monitor shipments via air, sea, and land freight
- Prepare shipping and customs documentation including invoices, packing lists, and permits
- Liaise with freight forwarders, 3PL providers, and customs authorities
- Track shipment status and resolve delivery or clearance delays
- Maintain shipping records and ensure compliance with import/export regulations
- Support reporting, costing, and freight comparison activities
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or freight coordination
- Familiar with import/export procedures and customs clearance processes
- Knowledge of TradeNet and PortNet systems is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative coordination
