Digital Operations Management Executive

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

Digital Operations & Content Management
  • Manage daily website operations, including content uploads, updates, and maintenance such as event listings, metadata tagging, and digital record processing.
  • Act as a key point of contact for content update requests from internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Coordinate event approval workflows to ensure all content meets governance requirements, standards, and publishing criteria.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks before publication to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Perform regular audits of published content to keep information current, relevant, and error‑free.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
  • Extract, compile, and validate key performance metrics to support weekly performance and target tracking reports.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders to support informed decision‑making.
  • Support trend and performance analysis by identifying key patterns and insights from digital and campaign data.
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to develop campaign performance reports, funnel analysis, and post‑campaign insights.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital operations, content management, website administration, or performance reporting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), digital publishing workflows, and meta data management.
  • Basic understanding of digital analytics and reporting tools (e.g. website analytics, spreadsheets, dashboards).
