Assistant General Manager

Job Description:

You will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Supervise and mentor departmental heads and staff members.
• Help manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring adherence to financial goals and cost control.
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning and business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present reports on business performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Lead and manage projects to enhance operational efficiency and organizational growth.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Handle operational issues and make key decisions in the absence of the General Manager.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and make decisions under pressure.
