Operations Executive

$2,400to$3,000 Monthly

Job Description:

Support the Business Development Team in Merchant Application processing
Provide operations and technical support to the Business Development team
Deploy/deliver payment terminal to merchants across Singapore when required
Installation and training new merchants on the usage of our payment terminal when required
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Issue delivery orders and sales invoices
Provide good customer service to merchants and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain data integrity in ERP and POS system
Perform ad hoc duties when assigned

Job Requirements:

Experience in operational/technical support with payments or banking industry would be a plus
Willing to travel around Singapore to perform delivery and installation of payment terminals (travelling will be reimbursed)
Detail-minded, customer oriented, good communication & interpersonal skills
