Primary Scope
- 10 years' experience in performing annual shutdown activities on electrical switchboard, deep
- Individual need to demonstrate ability to chair annual shutdown program involving tenant and stakeholder equipment
- Understand what the safety procedures is as well as PPE involved in addressing electrical hazards
- Understand what each electrical component and their differences such as RCBO, RCCB, MCB, TOU, MCCB, and their individual functions
- Cyclic maintenance for UPS, generator, switchboard, earthing pit, etc
- Have used a computer managed maintenance system before in tracking site defects
- Manage vendor contracts and understand if each service report address site deliverables needs
Supporting Scope
-Support on end-to-end process for builder works not limiting to painting, structural defects, plumbing and sanitary system.- Perform good receipt closure for all completed services in online portal
