Job Description We are seeking a Creative Powerhouse who lives and breathes social media content. Your primary mission is to "stop the scroll"—you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of stunning videos and images that define our brand identity.
While your heart lies in creativity, you also possess a sharp analytical mind. You understand how SEO drives organic reach and can manage the daily heartbeat of our Lazada and Shopee stores. You are someone who masters new software quickly and loves using AI tools to work smarter, not harder.
Key Responsibilities- Primary: Visual Content Production (70%)
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) and professional photography.
- Master post-production using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Photoshop to deliver "on-trend" aesthetics.
- Manage technical livestream setups (lighting, audio, OBS).
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all social platforms.
- Secondary: E-commerce & SEO Management (20%)
- Maintain official stores on Lazada and Shopee: manage product listings (descriptions/images) and sync campaign visuals.
- Set up platform-specific promotions, vouchers, and flash sales for major events (e.g., 11.11, 12.12).
- Optimize product titles and tags using SEO best practices to maximize organic search visibility.
- Analysis & Optimization (10%)
- Analyze social media engagement and e-commerce traffic data to refine content strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify trending "hooks" and competitor design strategies.
- Content Portfolio: Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation. Must provide a portfolio of video/photo work.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Figma and professional editing suites (Adobe Creative Cloud or CapCut).
- E-commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with Lazada/Shopee Seller Centers (Listing & Campaign modules).
- SEO & Data Literacy: Proven understanding of SEO logic and the ability to interpret basic performance analytics.
- Learning Agility: Ability to quickly master unfamiliar software domains and summarize market needs into design outputs.
- AI Integration: Enthusiastic about using AI (ChatGPT, Midjourney) to optimize workflows.
