About the role
Leeden National Oxygen Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Client Services & IT Operations to join our team in the Pioneer West Region. This full-time role is responsible for providing exceptional client support and overseeing critical IT operations to ensure the smooth running of our business.
What you'll be doing
Strategic Planning and Leadership- Facilitate user onboarding, training, and IT service adoption.
- Aligning IT support strategies with business goals to drive service excellence.
- Maintain scalable, sustainable IT roadmaps aligned with global standards.
- Lead change management across technology and process transitions.
- Review performance metrics and user feedback to refine IT strategies and improve service delivery.
- Oversee daily IT operations for the local office.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies and security standards.
- Manage incident response and escalation processes.
- Support coordination of IT operations across regional offices.
- Leverage automation and monitoring tools to boost efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Supervise, manage and liaise with vendors on start-to-end resolution
- Contribute to user adoption strategies and change management efforts.
- Assist in evaluating emerging technologies for business impact and scalability.
- Support planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives.
- Track milestones, manage scope changes, and ensure timely delivery.
- Align technology solutions with business goals through cross-functional coordination.
- Contribute to user adoption strategies and change management efforts.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Manage vendor risks, contracts, and performance tracking.
- Monitor SLAs and track vendor performance against agreed metrics.

- Participation in evaluation of vendors and technologies for strategic fit.
- Collaborate with global teams on threat intelligence, incident response, and policy alignment.
- Support incident classification, containment, and recovery.
- Stay informed on global risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Run security awareness campaigns and phishing tests to boost user vigilance.
- Contribute to audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediation.
- Promote a security-first culture through stakeholder engagement.
- Promote regional IT training and certification programs.
- Assist in planning and executing end-user training programs.
- Assist in developing training materials and coordinate logistics with local teams.
- Track participation and maintain accreditation standards.
- Support onboarding, upskilling, and continuous learning initiatives.
