General Worker - Warehouse Assistant / Delivery Driver Class 3/4

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, unpack, and store incoming goods
• Pick, pack, and label orders for delivery
• Maintain inventory records and stock levels
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Assist in loading and unloading goods
• Perform periodic stock-taking and cycle counts
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified)

Job Requirements:

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required
• Able to adhere to safety procedures and standard operating protocols (SOPs)
• Able to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods
• Possession of a valid forklift license is an advantage

• Deliver goods to customers or assigned locations in a timely and safe manner
• Plan delivery routes and schedules
• Load and unload products from the vehicle
• Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures
• Perform basic vehicle checks and maintenance
• Handle delivery paperwork and cash collections if required
• Provide courteous service and resolve minor delivery issue
• Keep logbooks and mileage records
• Perform other duties as assigned (e.g., dispatch, errands)

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving license
• Able to load and unload goods as required
• Capable of handling heavy items
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible
