About the role
Light & Dark Ministries' is seeking a diligent and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Leadership Team. This full-time position is based in the Central Region and offers the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
What you'll be doing- Managing executive-level calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Preparing and formatting a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Providing administrative support for special projects and events
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Demonstrating a customer-centric approach and a commitment to excellent service delivery
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a similar non-profit or mission-driven environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with calendar management tools
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A flexible, proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
