Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Administrator, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle for retail cashiers, sales associates, and temporary staff for events. This includes job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining up-to-date personnel files.
Payroll & Attendance Management: Oversee and verify timesheets for employees, including retail and garment factory workers. Process payroll for piece-rated factory staff, ensuring accuracy in calculations based on production output. (Training is provided)
Work Pass Administration & Foreign Worker Levy: Manage work pass renewals, conduct six-monthly checks, process security bonds and levy waivers for foreign workers, and review, print, and process foreign worker levy and giro bills monthly, ensuring all documentation and payments are handled accurately and on time.
Termination & Exit Procedures: Manage the process of employee terminations, including work pass cancellations and ensuring company property is returned.
Labour Market Surveys & Report Management: Complete and submit the required labour market surveys in accordance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) guidelines, follow up to ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and regulations, and manage and maintain additional manpower reports as required.
Leave & Claims Management: Process leave applications and ensure timely submission of all claims, including childcare, maternity, and medical/dental benefits.
Other Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties, including maintaining phone lists, assisting with locker maintenance, managing filing tasks, tracking staff referrals, and overseeing income tax clearance for resigned employees.Prepare monthly vouchers for long service award recipients and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS systems.
- Attention to detail, organized, and demonstrates good communication skills.
- Willing to build rapport with staff at all levels while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively
