Senior Executive PA / Executive Operations Coordinator (Multi-Skilled)
About the role
We are seeking a highly capable, multi-skilled Senior Executive PA to support the Founder across a range of business, operational, and document-driven activities. This role suits someone who is comfortable switching between executive support, project updates, content preparation, and coordination with professional advisors, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and follow-through.
Key responsibilities- Manage the Founder’s priorities, commitments, and follow-ups
- Track actions, deadlines, and deliverables across initiatives
- Prepare clear and concise project update summaries
- Draft and update brochure and presentation content
- Amend, populate, and maintain template legal and commercial documents
- Coordinate with lawyers, accountants, and external advisors
- Track legal drafts, comments, approvals, and execution
- Ensure documents are accurate, consistent, and properly filed
- Identify delays, gaps, or issues and resolve or escalate as required
- Experience in a Senior Executive PA, Executive Assistant, Executive Operations, or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a multi-skilled capacity
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working with template legal documents
- Strong written communication and document formatting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams
- Discretion, reliability, and sound judgment
- Willingness to travel as required
- Projects and tasks progress smoothly with minimal oversight
- High-quality documents and content are delivered consistently
- Template documents are maintained accurately
- The Founder has confidence that matters are being managed and completed
- Trusted, high-impact role working closely with the Founder
