HR Executive (Operations) - Bukit Merah

Adecco is partnering with a leading company in the semiconductor industry to hire an HR Executive who will focus on HR operations, supporting key areas such as employee lifecycle administration, compliance, and HR process coordination in collaboration with internal HR teams.

The role:

  • Manage day-to-day HR administration including employee records, documentation, and employment changes (e.g., job transitions, compensation updates).
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage work pass processes, including coordination of mobility-related support such as immigration and relocation logistics.
  • Generate and interpret HR data reports to inform decision-making and fulfill audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with key HR partners (HRBPs, L&D, Payroll) to ensure consistent and effective employee service.
  • Continuously optimize operational workflows and contribute to a seamless employee experience.
Requirements
  • Prior experience (typically around 4+ years) in HR operations, shared services, or a similar HR support function.
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation and HR compliance matters, including work pass administration.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems, especially Workday and Unit4; comfortable working with data and generating HR reports.
