The Role
We are looking for Hunters. In 2026, IT sales isn't about brochures; it's about navigating the "Replacement Market." You will be responsible for penetrating accounts that "already have security" by identifying hidden exposure and introducing AI safety solutions that drive ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- The "Gap" Sale: Conduct posture-based selling for our Cyber stack (EDR, SOC, CTEM, and Threat Intel). You won't just pitch a tool; you'll pitch a solution to 2026-era vulnerabilities like Identity Hijacking and AI-automated breaches.
- AI Evangelism: Lead the charge in our AI Voicebot deployments. Overcome client "AI-Fear" by positioning our private, air-gapped NLP solutions as the safest way to scale operations.
- Full-Stack Portfolio: Manage a diverse line of IT services, including Cloud Deployment, Networking, and Unified Voice Communications.
- POC to Close: Drive technical interest to the "Demo/POC" stage and handle complex negotiations with C-Suite stakeholders (CFOs/CISOs).
- Junior Level: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales. We welcome "Nucleus-style" graduates with a hunger to learn. If you can explain how a Voicebot saves a business money, we want you.
- Mid-Level: 4–7 years in IT/Cyber sales with a proven track record of hitting $2M+ quotas. You should understand "Land and Expand" strategies.
- Techno-Commercial Mindset: You can bridge the gap between a "Bit/Byte" conversation with an IT Manager and an "ROI/Risk" conversation with a CEO.
- Street Smart: You know that a client saying "we are already safe" is actually an invitation to perform a Gap Analysis.
