Roles & Responsibilities

Ability in leading of Project Team toachieve excellence in the project.
Plan and manage project schedule toensure project completion according to schedule.
Manage subcontractors’ activities toensure compliance with contract requirements.
Monitor compliance of work with workplacesafety and health regulations.
Monitor the quality of project deliveryto make sure they meet project requirements and regulations.
To implement control measures on material/ plant & equipment / utilities usage.
Supervise daily site activities.

Job Requirements

Degree in Civil / Structural / BuildingEngineering
Completed 2Projects as Project Manager in Residential Condo, Residential Development
Min 3-5 years relevant experience.
Computer skill- Using Microsoft Project,Excel, Word & Power Point etc.
