Product Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including strategy, budgeting, planning, launches, and performance tracking.
- Oversee marketing and product budgets to ensure cost-effective execution and ROI.
- Responsible for brand and marketing initiatives, including advertising campaigns and liaison with media agencies.
- Lead trade and digital marketing initiatives, sampling programs, promoters' management and events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website updates, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
- Oversee Public Relations, influencer/KOL collaborations, and media partnerships.
- Manage distributors: align on plans, forecasts, execution, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, including agencies, distributors, and trade stakeholders.
- Prepare regular product and marketing performance reports.
- Design marketing creatives and coordinate with agencies as needed.
- Provide support to the direct supervisor on ad-hoc tasks as required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management and marketing, preferably in the FMCG or OTC industry.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing and content creation.
- Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Results-oriented, strategically minded, and creatively driven to deliver impactful marketing outcomes.
- Available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
