We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and achieving our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, product) to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the local business environment in Singapore and CCTV industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is preferred.
