We are looking for a seasoned and resilient Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to shape and execute our technology vision. This role requires a hands-on, commercially astute leader with a start-up mindset—someone who can align tech strategy with business goals and drive innovation and operational excellence.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development of a practical, results-driven technology roadmap aligned with business goals
• Provide strong architectural and hands-on technical leadership across systems and integrations
• Build and lead high-performing tech teams, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
• Communicate complex strategies clearly to technical and executive stakeholders
• Navigate challenges with agility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Evaluate emerging technologies for real-world adoption and impact
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with governance standards
• Optimize operations, digital payments, and data analytics for business impact
• Manage tech budgets and resources with focus on ROI

• 10+ years in technology leadership, ideally in start-ups or scale-ups
• Proven success in architecture, system integration, IoT, cloud, and digital platforms
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering business-aligned solutions
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• A mature, hands-on leader with high emotional intelligence and a resilient mindset

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical field. Business/leadership certifications are a plus.
