• Data entry for Sea freight Import/Export documentation
• Full responsibilities on all documentation & customer service
• Monitor and ensure all shipments are properly handled within a stipulated operation turnaround time
• Identifying any faults within daily operation, and immediate solution proposals
• Respond and handle customer’s complaint or issue if any, in a fully responsible manner
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Always comply and adhere company governance along with other responsibilities as per company requirements

• Good Interpersonal communication skills
• Business level English (Verbal/Written)
• Basic knowledge of global logistics and freight forwarding
• Working attitudes and ethics with due diligence and discipline
• Individuals with the ability to adapt fast-paced working environment
• Meticulousness, multitasking skills, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform Odd-Hour Duty on ad hoc or periodic basis
• May require overtime occasionally or situationally
• Available for immediate employment
