• What You’ll Be Doing
• Greet and assist walk-in guests with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and politely
• Keep the reception area neat, organized, and welcoming
• Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and appointment scheduling
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients and visitors
• Who We’re Looking For
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification
• Previous experience in reception or customer service is a plus
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Well-groomed with a pleasant appearance and a sweet, friendly smile
• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
