Lab Admin Assistant - Part Time

We are seeking a Lab Admin Assistant - Part Time, Monday to Friday, 4 working hours a day.

The job holder ensure to meet / perform:

Assisting in coordination and implementation of the activities related to laboratory safety, facility and equipment maintenance, laboratory procurement, inventory management and lab administration.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct daily inspection: Regularly assess the lab to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, identifying potential safety hazards and implement safety measures.
  2. Manage Inventory: Use the ERP system to oversee the inventory of lab supplies, ensuring timely ordering and adequate stock levels.
  3. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative responsibilities, such as archiving lab logs and documentation.
  4. Additional Tasks: Perform other relevant duties as assigned to support lab operation
Basic Requirements of the Job
  1. Education and Qualifications:
  • Preferably Bachelor degree or Diploma in biomedical science related field
  • Preferably with the training records of laboratory safety and risk management
  1. Experiences:
  • Preferably with some knowledge of SAP or ERP system
  • Preferably with the knowledge of Biological Agents and Toxins Act in Singapore
  1. Language skills:
  • Native or fluent English
