Learning & Development Specialist

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our Singapore office and support global learning initiatives, ensuring relevant, high‑quality, and compliant training aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Competence Management & Learning Platforms- Manage and continuously improve the Competence Management System and associated digital learning solutions
- Administer and optimize global training programs and learning platforms (user access, course catalogue, reporting)
- Ensure governance, quality standards, and ongoing relevance of digital learning content
- Design, develop, and implement L&D programs aligned with global training strategies
- Coordinate and support mandatory training initiatives (e.g. Code of Conduct, compliance, corporate training)
- Deliver and facilitate training sessions (virtual and in‑person) as required
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Monitor training effectiveness and use insights and analytics to continuously improve programs
- Maintain accurate training records and reports in line with audit and compliance requirements
- Support global and regional learning initiatives and projects
- Travel may be required to support training delivery and stakeholder engagement
- Support and contribute to Global HR and Centre of Excellence projects related to learning and development
- Coordinate and/or lead assigned HR projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development and/or Human Resources
- Experience delivering L&D or training in a regional and/or global environment
- Proven experience developing and coordinating courses, workshops, and training programs
- Understanding of training budgets and basic cost tracking (SG&A)
- Strong passion for people development, adult learning, and learning technologies
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable learning solutions
- Proven project management skills across the full L&D lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a global context
- Proactive, innovative, and customer‑focused mindset
- Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a central/global role
- Collaborative team player with a strong service‑oriented approach
