Looking for an Operations Assistant that provides critical logistical and administrative support to the Operations Manager and to the department. The successful candidate is responsible for ensuring that personnel, specialized equipment, and documentation are synchronized for seamless execution.
Roles and responsibilities- Ensure proper documentation control.
- Liaise with various departments on documentation and execution.
- Assist with deliverables administratively for projects/mobilizations.
- Ensure that work carried out according to the schedule.
- Plan mobilization and adhere to company's protocols.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.
- Generate accurate and factual reports for analysis.
