Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of technicians in performing repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Carry out both outdoor and indoor repair and maintenance work.
• Work in the company workshop when there are no outdoor assignments.
• Provide technical support and ensure a positive customer service experience.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of AC & DC motors, single-phase and three-phase system, lead acid and lithium batteries, electrical control circuits, hydraulic systems
• 1 year of experience in customer support or technical service.
• Possession of a valid local driving license is an advantage.
