We are looking for a Business Continuity & Risk Management Analyst for our Client, Leading insurance institution.

This role is a contract role for 12 months – renewable depending on performance and business needs!

This role will contribute to the successful execution of Business Continuity Management (BCM) Programme activities, primarily focusing on the BCM System Replacement Project.

Responsibilities:

Business Requirements Management: Collaborate to define and document key business requirements for system design and setup, ensuring smooth communication with technical and project teams.
System Deployment: Partner with the project management team to oversee system development and implementation, ensuring alignment with BCM objectives and timely delivery. Actively track issues and ensure resolution.
Testing & Validation: Create comprehensive test plans, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure all system components meet BCM standards before deployment.
Data & System Integrity Checks: Validate system workflows and data migration accuracy to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
Training & Documentation: Develop user guides and training materials for internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth onboarding and adoption.
Reporting & Issue Escalation: Provide regular updates to the Team Lead, promptly escalating challenges when necessary.
Ad-hoc BCM Support: Assist in other BCM-related activities or tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM)
BCI or DRI accreditation is a plus
Prior system implementation experience preferred
Highly self-motivated, capable of working independently
Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills
Strong communication and attention to detail
Effective time management, able to work under tight deadlines
Integrity & teamwork-focused, with a proactive approach to improvements
Adaptability to new processes and technologies
