What is the role about?

In this role you will be coordinating and arranging itineraries and arrangements for the Director, including scheduling of meetings, appointment arrangements and other daily requirements.

You must be an independent worker who is able to work in a fast-paced envoironment, plan complex daily itineraries and cope well with last minute changes, often after normal business hours due to nature of business. You must be able to move around out of office, together with the Director.

In addition, you will also be required to assist in doing sales outbound calls to clients & cold leads during off-peak periods.

What will you need?
  • Expertise in personal assistant and telemarketing role
  • Excellent independent worker who is able to self-run
  • Experience with digital media and/or real estate industry is a bonus
  • Familiar with best practices and industry in-trends
Skill-sets that make a difference...
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with social media trends
  • Focused individual with strong time management skills to work under tight timelines
  • Minimally 1 year of personal assistance experience
  • Strong expertise in telesales activities is a bonus
  • Experience with digital media and/or real estate industry is a bonus
