About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant cum Personal Assistant to the Group CEO to support daily business operations, marketing coordination, executive scheduling, and project-related administrative matters.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Group CEO and gain valuable exposure across business development, marketing, management, events, proposals, and regional project coordination.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, tech-savvy, resourceful, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative, marketing, and executive support to the Group CEO.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily schedules.
- Coordinate flight itineraries, overseas travel plans, hotel bookings, events, and meeting logistics.
- Assist in preparing business reports, proposals, presentations, meeting notes, budgets, and company documents.
- Support marketing activities, including social media content, campaign coordination, marketing materials, vendor liaison, and event preparation.
- Assist in market research, competitor research, and business development support.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, suppliers, consultants, and clients when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company and management information professionally.
- Support ad hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the Group CEO.
- Occasionally travel overseas for project or business-related matters when required.
- 5-day work week.
