JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and hygiene.
- Plan and cost menus to meet profitability targets, including special menus for events and festive occasions.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure team efficiency and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations across all F&B areas.
- Coordinate and execute functions and events, ensuring smooth delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory and stock control systems to maintain operational efficiency.
- Review guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and address concerns.
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment and onboarding for F&B positions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.
- Minimum Diploma or Advanced Diploma in any field
- At least 5 years of experience in F&B or hospitality industry
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong business and financial acumen to drive revenue results
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High integrity and ability to perform effectivity under pressure
