Job Description
  • Ensure that payment documents dated within the same month are submitted to the Finance department by the 20th of the following month.
  • Process the matching of payment documents, and pass them to the Purchaser for verification and amendments.
  • Sort all payment documents daily.
  • Prepare summary for the payment documents
  • Input invoices into the treasury integrated system.
  • Submit the summary and payment documents to the Purchaser for verification.
  • To follow up with the Purchaser and site QS for document submission and amendments
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by Management.
Requirement
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (write and read) due to the software system may invovle both language
