Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Tender
Job Location : Kaki Bukit (HQ)

Conduct cost analysis and prepare estimates for construction projects
Interpret contract specification and drawings.
Monitor project expenses and track budget allocation
Study drawings, specifications for technical compliance & deviations.
Preparing BOQ, Quantity Take-off.
Getting proposal from vendor and subcontractors. Assess and evaluate subcontractor quotes and invoices
Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions
Helping in preparing commercial proposal
Prepare tender documents and assist in contract negotiations
Willing to walk project site

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying/ Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Electrical Engineer / Mechanical Engineer
Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and project documentation.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, MS Excel, etc.).
