As a Sales / Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Identify and understand customer needs, address their requests, and respond to inquiries promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Drive business growth by developing strong, long-term client relationships and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and manufacturers to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain and update sales reports and forecasts.
- Gain familiarity with the sales process by assisting in the preparation of proposals and quotations.
- Take on additional tasks and assignments as directed by management.
- Diploma in Electronic and/or Electrical engineering
