Sales Coordinator responsibilities:

  • Admin documentation; filing, answering phone request etc
  • Coordinating with project team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information (between client, office team, and worker)
  • Ensuring the adequacy of work-related equipment or material for each project/job
  • Responding to complaints from clients side and give after-sales support when requested
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies
  • Follow up with client on account receivables (performing calls to check on payment status)

Requirements:

  • experience as a coordinator in the construction, plumbing industry will be considered a plus;
  • With computer skills (MS Office)
  • Able to write and speak English (at least about to communicate)
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Enthusiastic Learner

Others:

  • Having experience in construction field will be good (especially in plumbing and sanitary sector)
