Operations Executive, Air Export

Location: Alps Avenue

You will support export air freight operations by managing bookings, coordinating cargo movement, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards (e.g., IATA, RACAR). You'll be expected to liaise with customers and overseas partners to meet service excellence standards.

• Arrange shipment collection/traffic co-ordination
• Consolidation planning and trouble shooting
• Ensure that export job files are checked in system and supplier invoices

• Ensure that pre-alerts are sent in a timely manner to customers
• Execute export documentation, customs formalities, invoicing, cargo canvassing and bookings.
• Cargo Reservation. Place booking with airlines and/or co-loaders.
• Responding to overseas offices/partners e-mail
• To assist in ensuring safety and security compliance by stopping any suspicious cargo for further process and report to department supervisor/manager immediately. All Dangerous Goods to be handled in accordance with IATA Rules & Regulations.
• To prepare invoices with accurate charges to customers on a timely manner
• Adhere to the security procedures as per Regulated Air Cargo Agent Security Programme (RACAR)
• Any other duties assigned by the superiors. Including carry out duty after normal working hours, public holidays, on site job.

Requirements:

• Minimum “O” Levels or equivalent
• Strong experience in Air Export operation and document with basic air import clearance knowledge.
• Minimum 3 years in air freight operations handling export/import activities.
• Fresh graduates willing to learn are welcome to apply
• Effective Interpersonal skills
• Experience in Air Freight operations and documentation.
• Willing to work on PH and weekends due to operational exigencies.
• Able to work under tight timeline.
• Possess high integrity and strong commitment.
• Good knowledge of documentation of import/export procedures with interest in continuous learning.
• A good team player and yet able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of customs and air cargo procedures
