Senior Executive PA / Executive Operations Coordinator (Multi-Skilled)

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable, multi-skilled Senior Executive PA to support the Founder across a range of business, operational, and document-driven activities. This role suits someone who is comfortable switching between executive support, project updates, content preparation, and coordination with professional advisors, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and follow-through.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the Founder’s priorities, commitments, and follow-ups
  • Track actions, deadlines, and deliverables across initiatives
  • Prepare clear and concise project update summaries
  • Draft and update brochure and presentation content
  • Amend, populate, and maintain template legal and commercial documents
  • Coordinate with lawyers, accountants, and external advisors
  • Track legal drafts, comments, approvals, and execution
  • Ensure documents are accurate, consistent, and properly filed
  • Identify delays, gaps, or issues and resolve or escalate as required
Skills and experience
  • Experience in a Senior Executive PA, Executive Assistant, Executive Operations, or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a multi-skilled capacity
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with template legal documents
  • Strong written communication and document formatting skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams
  • Discretion, reliability, and sound judgment
  • Willingness to travel as required
