Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and well-presented Personal Relationship Manager to join our live house team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining close relationships with our VIP guests, event clients, and partners, ensuring they enjoy a premium experience every visit.

This role suits someone outgoing, confident, and passionate about music, nightlife, and people interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with VIP guests, partners, and regular customers.
• Promote events, shows, and table bookings to existing and new clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Attend and host live events, ensuring guest satisfaction and engagement.
• Achieve monthly sales and client engagement targets.
• Gather customer feedback and propose ideas for improving the venue’s service quality.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer relationship, hospitality, or event management.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable, and passionate about live music and nightlife.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and during live events.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin or other languages is a plus).
