APAC FM are partnering with a leading global IFM & CRE business to appoint an 4 x experienced Contract Managers to oversee key integrated facilities contracts across Singapore.
This is a senior leadership opportunity suited to a technically strong FM professional with experience managing engineering teams, client relationships, compliance, and operational service delivery across complex commercial and industrial environments.
The business supports a portfolio of prestigious clients across industries including Airlines, Corporate Offices, Automotive/Car Distributors, Manufacturing, and Semiconductor facilities.
The Opportunity
As the Contract Manager, you will take ownership of the overall operational delivery across multiple facilities management contracts, ensuring exceptional engineering performance, compliance, commercial outcomes, and client satisfaction.
You will lead engineering teams and specialist subcontractors while acting as the key operational contact for clients across diverse sectors including commercial offices, industrial sites, manufacturing facilities, and mission-critical environments.
This is a hands-on leadership role with strong exposure to strategic client management and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams and site-based technical staff across Engineers, Facilities Coordinators, Technicians (Typically size wise from 8-15).
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance operations
- Manage supplier performance, service contracts (Up to c$3m), certifications, and compliance documentation
- Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery
- Prepare operational reports, KPI reviews, budgets, and performance updates
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, training, and workforce planning
- Review and manage contract variations, renewals, and service improvements
- Drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and engineering best practice
- Support critical incident management and high-level escalations where required
About You
We are seeking experienced Facilities Management professionals who can confidently lead technical operations while managing client relationships within fast-paced commercial environments.
Ideal Background:
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager, Facilities Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior FM Manager
- Strong background within Facilities Management, Building Services, HVAC, IFM, CRE, Manufacturing, or Critical Environments
- Experience managing engineering teams across electrical, mechanical, or HVAC disciplines
- Strong understanding of compliance, health & safety, and service delivery KPIs
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and supplier contracts
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong leadership capability with experience mentoring and developing teams
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and FM reporting systems
