Job Scope:

• Create and implement engaging English or Chinese language lessons that align with the curriculum.
• Use a variety of instructional methods to support different learning styles and language proficiency levels.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and other learning resources tailored to students’ needs.
• Utilize multimedia tools and digital platforms to enhance the learning experience.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and classroom activities.
• Provide constructive feedback and track individual progress to guide future instruction.
• Offer additional assistance to students who need help strengthening their language skills.
• Focus on improving core language areas: speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Establish and maintain a positive, respectful, and orderly classroom environment./
• Apply consistent discipline strategies to encourage responsible behavior and active participation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education
• Relevant experience is added advantage
• With ECDA L2 certified
