Job Scope:

Handle end-to-end customer service and operations for import and export shipments
Assist daily import and export shipment operation
Assist in preparation of import and export shipment documents (e.g. invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading)
Assist in customer enquiries relating to import and export shipments
Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airport terminals, and internal teams
Arrange import and export clearance at airport terminals
Assist in preparation of import and export permits
Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers
Ensure accurate data entry for shipment records and billing
Support customs clearance process for import/export shipments
Resolve shipment issues, delays, and discrepancies when required
Maintain proper filing and documentation for records and audits
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

O Level / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Prior experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics industry is preferred
Knowledge of import/export documentation and shipping procedures
Experience or familiarity with CargoWise system is an advantage
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and coordination skills
