Retail Supervisor / Manager - Bukit Merah

• Working location: Islandwide (Will deploy to nearest available outlet)
• 5 days, 44 hours work week
• AWS, VB

The Role:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure staff follow procedures
• Supervise and support frontline retail staff (e.g. cashiers, sales assistants)
• Handle customer service escalations
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
• Train new staff and ensure team meets sales targets
• Ensure visual merchandising and cleanliness standards

• At least 4 years supervisory or managerial position in Retail Industry
