Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Service Engineer /Project Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting ACMV systems, mechanical equipment, and/or industrial machinery. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, who enjoys both fieldwork and client interaction.

Summary:

• Location: EAST (Kaki Bukit/ Paya Lebar) OR WEST (Jurong West)
• Service Engineer / Project Engineer - up to $4200
• Construction Manager (ACMV) - Up to $6000 (With LTA Experiences)

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for ACMV, mechanical systems, or machinery.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and site inspections.
• Prepare service reports and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage ACMV installation works to ensure timely project completion.
• Supervise site activities and ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Review drawings, monitor progress, and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly.
• Oversee project budget, cost control, and preparation of progress reports and claims.

Requirements:

• Diploma / NITEC / Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant servicing or maintenance experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving License will be an advantage.
