The Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Retail Assistant who is reliable and customer-focused. This position requires availability on weekends, with flexible shifts offered across the week.

• Greet and assist customers with product selections and advice
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately (only at Flagship Store)
• Restock shelves, maintain store presentation and cleanliness, and manage inventory
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions
• Support the team with day-to-day store operations

• Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Prior retail experience is preferred but not required
• Friendly, proactive, and dependable attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Enjoy engaging with customers and sharing pet product knowledge (pet lovers welcome!)
