ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the full security operations across multiple project sites under the company
- Oversee and evaluate the performance of all site security personnel and teams
- Plan and approve manpower deployment, shift arrangements, and rostering to ensure optimal coverage and cost-efficiency
- Work closely with the Corporate Safety Department to align on safety and security protocols, policies, and investigations
- Ensure site security operations comply with SPF licensing requirements and relevant regulations
- Conduct site inspections and internal audits to assess the effectiveness of current security arrangements and implement improvements
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 year of experience as a Security Supervisor or in a related role. Preferably in a construction or industrial environment
- Possess a valid Security Supervisor or higher-level license issued by the Singapore Police Force
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience working with corporate-level departments
- Able to work at various locations based on Company’s discretion
