Operations Executive – Unit Trust (12 Months Contract)

Mon-Thurs: 9am-6.30pm; Fri: 9am-5.30pm

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy backend operations work in a structured, fast-paced environment? We are hiring an Operations Executive to support the day-to-day processing of unit trust investment transactions and related tasks.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and record transaction instructions accurately for processing
• Prepare and validate data before submission to external vendors
• Handle internal and external queries promptly and escalate when needed
• Assist in operational clean-up exercises and support ad-hoc projects
• Perform daily reconciliation of cash and units (maker role)
• Manage document filing and archival with external vendors
• Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Ideally 1 year of experience in banking operations or admin roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
• Independent, self-motivated, and a good team player
• Positive working attitude and good communication skills
• Singaporeans only
