Responsibilities:

• Manage and process sales orders, quotes, and contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure timely updates and proper documentation of sales transactions.
• Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Escalate complex concerns to relevant departments when necessary.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as generating reports and maintaining records.
• Register the company as an approved vendor when required
• Provide support to other areas of the finance department and any ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in sales support, order processing, or a related administrative role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
