Senior Accountant/Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead and mentor a high-performance finance team, cultivating a culture of continuous professional development, engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Formulate and execute policies and procedures that align with business objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Oversee the financial management and reporting for Singapore operations, ensuring adherence to accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management processes to optimize financial resources and enhance overall performance.
• Conduct routine internal audits to assess internal control effectiveness and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is highly preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, including prior experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar capacity.
• Deep understanding of financial principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with a proven ability to drive financial performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven leadership in building and nurturing high-performing finance teams.
• Expertise in financial modeling, analysis tools, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability, with a talent for interpreting complex financial data and delivering actionable insights.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and tax laws relevant to the semiconductor industry and Singapore.
