Sales Consultant for Interior Design (with Basic Salary)

We are looking for suitable candidate(s) to join our team as SALES CONSULTANT. This is a client-facing role; you will need to meet clients and understand their preferences and requirements.

You will be responsible for the full end-to-end sales process, from consultation to after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
• Responsible for end-to-end sales process, from consultation to after-sales support
• Seek and follow up on leads, actively convert inquiries into sales
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
• Collaborate with the design team and vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, products, and materials
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales and design process

Requirements:

• Proven experience in interior design sales or a related design-based sales role
• Strong eye for design and detail
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident in client presentations and handling objections
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously
• Knowledge of design tools/software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus
• A driven individual who is organized, goal-oriented, and motivated by results
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required
