Product Manager (Treasury) - Geylang

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with a deep understanding of the treasury management landscape to lead the development and growth of our treasury solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering financial technology products that solve critical business challenges for corporate treasury teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the comprehensive product strategy for our treasury management solutions, aligning capabilities with market demands and company objectives.
• Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis specific to treasury management technologies to inform the product roadmap.
• Define and prioritize product features by working in close collaboration with key stakeholders, including sales, engineering, design, and customer success teams.
• Author detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories that clearly articulate the product vision and technical needs.
• Guide cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
• Cultivate and maintain a deep understanding of core treasury management workflows, such as AR/AP invoicing, foreign exchange, cash flow forecasting, and bank reconciliation.

Qualifications:

• Around 7 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused specifically on treasury management solutions.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing SaaS products within the financial services or B2B enterprise software industry.
• A strong grasp of treasury management principles, financial systems, and enterprise software architecture.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial requirements into precise technical product specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working within an agile development framework.
