Night Shift Counter Staff (Part Time / Full Time) - Tampines

We are looking for a responsible, service-oriented Night Shift Counter Staff to support front desk operations during evening and overnight hours. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to members and guests, ensure secure and efficient operations, and handle administrative and facility support duties during non-peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the front desk during the night shift (e.g., 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM or as scheduled)
• Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors professionally
• Perform check-in/check-out procedures, issue access cards/passes
• Handle member and guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Monitor premises and report any safety or security concerns to relevant personnel
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of counter/reception area
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, form processing, and end-of-day summaries
• Record and manage late night bookings, facility usage, or maintenance requests
• Support emergency protocols (e.g., fire alarms, first aid situations) when required
• Coordinate with cleaning/security staff or duty managers for overnight issues
• Prepare shift handover notes for the incoming morning team

Requirements:

• Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred (hospitality/club/gym background is an advantage)
• Willing to work overnight, weekends, and public holidays on a rotational basis
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS or booking systems)
• Trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and alert to handle long/night shifts
• Able to maintain professionalism and calm in emergency or challenging situations
