Good working knowledge of construction and interior fit-out or joinery trade i.e carpentry fitments and doors

Proficient in use of Autocad software
Prepare of tender documents, cost planning control and budget estimation
Coordinator with Sub-contractors, suppliers ,consultants and other related parties
Other Quantity Surveying related field

Job Requirement:

Diploma or Degree in QS / Building or quivalent
Minimum 5 years (QS) / above 10 years (Senior QS) of relevant experience in the interior fit-out/joinery industry
Able to work independently with min supervision
A good team player with the ability to meet deadlines.
Positive work attitude, seek continuous improvement

Working Hours: Mon - Fri from 8.30am to 6.00pm.
