• What You’ll Do
• Design visually engaging websites and web applications that provide an exceptional user experience across devices.
• Collaborate with clients, developers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into engaging design concepts.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that bring ideas to life.
• Develop and maintain style guides and design systems to ensure brand and design consistency.
• Stay on top of industry trends, tools, and best practices in web and UX design.
• Ensure your designs are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Work closely with developers to bring your designs to life—faithfully and efficiently.
• Test designs with real users, gather feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement.

• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong, creative portfolio.
• Mastery of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
• A solid grasp of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—you understand how design meets development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• A sharp eye for detail and a strong desire to create impactful user experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
